Easy Banana Bread Recipe

Super delicious and great for breakfast.

I am definitely a breakfast person. I've learned that if I don't eat anything for breakfast I will eat badly throughout the day. Trying to break those bad habits. I don't always want eggs or oatmeal so this morning I decided to make some banana bread. I came across this recipe on Pinterest. Pinterest is my go-to site when I'm tired of cooking the same things and want to try something different.

I love recipes with simple ingredients. This recipe called for overripe bananas. Don't let those bananas go to waste. Peel them, mash them up and make some banana bread.

This banana bread came out fluffy, moist and full of banana flavor. Let me not forget to mention that it was quick and easy to make. The recipe wasn't specific on the type of sugar to use. I used brown sugar. I forgot to set the oven timer on the oven so I think I overcooked it a little. Still had my house smelling like bananas and taste good.

Next month I am going to try a week of Pinterest inspired meals. Stay tuned! In the meantime, try this recipe and let me know what you think.

Be blessed!
